Delivery Information

Shipping is based on the subtotal shopping cart. We do ship via FedEx, USPS and UPS. Sometimes a specific order will not be shipped the method you selected. If you paid more for a faster option let us know and we can adjust the price paid.

Free Shipping: If your sub total for products is $499 or more you will not pay any shipping fees at all within the 48 contiguous United States for delivery as long as we can ship to a physical address (no PO Boxes).

Returns If you need to return any items that you have purchased please contact us directly via email reply to an email we have sent you to resolve any problems.

Any items that are returned
We offer a 10 day return policy on all orders. There are no returns on items that have been delivered over 10 days ago, used or part of a custom orders. We only refund the amount you paid for the item(s) returned once they have been received and inspected to be in the same condition. If you are returning any item(s) you must pay the postage. We do not accept returns for exchanges. Any factory sealed items for example albums or slipcases that the plastic has been opened there is a 30% restocking fee.
